Returning product purchased on k2snow.com and shipped directly from K2
All items have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags.
To begin a return, please have your order number ready and contact Customer Service by phone or email:
- Send a message to Order Support through our contact form
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the fulfiller. They may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card.
- If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact Service Provider to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
Returning product purchased on k2snow.com and shipped from a retail fulfillment partner (local shop)
K2 allows local shops to fulfill orders. If the product you want to return was purchased on our website, but shipped from a K2 Snowboarding retail fulfillment partner, you must contact them to begin the refund.
