Website Return Policy
- All items have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items unless otherwise noted.
Credit for returned items will be applied to the payment method used to make the purchase. During peak season, return processing will take up to 4-5 weeks from the date the return is delivered to our warehouse. After processing, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
- If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact Service Provider to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

To begin a return, please contact Customer Service and have your order number ready. You will be given an RMA# to include with your returned product.

Returning product purchased on k2snow.com and shipped from a retail fulfillment partner (local shop)
K2 allows local shops to fulfill orders. If the product you want to return was purchased on our website, but shipped from a K2 Snowboarding retail fulfillment partner, you must contact them to begin the refund. If you need help finding contact information for your order fulfiller, please reach out to our customer support for help.
Returning product purchased in a K2 authorized retailer shop.
If your K2 product was purchased from a local retailer, you must bring your product back to the retailer.
Please do not contact K2 regarding returning a product that you purchased from a retailer. We are only able to accept returns for products that were purchased from k2snow.com and were fulfilled and shipped directly by K2.
