Return Policy

  • All orders are eligible for return within 30 days. * Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags. The refund will be for the full value of the returned items unless otherwise noted.
  • All Pro orders are Final Sale.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Refunds will be credited back the original method of payment used on the order for the full amount paid for the product minus shipping charges (shipping will not be refunded).
  • Return processing will typically take up to 2-3 weeks from the date the return is received at our warehouse. During peak season return processing can take up to 4-5 weeks. (Nov. 15 – Jan. 15)
  • There are no exchanges of product. Products received as prizes are not exchangeable.
  • If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact us to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

* Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the price of items purchased before our Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion. These exclusive offers are only valid during the promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

* Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made 11/1 - 12/31 are eligible for return within 60 days.

Returning Product Purchased from k2snow.com

To begin a return, please contact Customer Service and have your order number ready. You will be given an RMA# to include with your returned product and the return shipping address.

Retail Returns

If your K2 Ski and Snowboarding product was purchased from a local retailer, you must bring your product back to the retailer.

Please do not contact K2 regarding returning a product that you purchased from a retailer. We are only able to accept returns for products that were purchased from k2snow.com and were fulfilled and shipped directly by K2.
